Business Analyst

We are seeking BA's for multiple clients in the central Iowa area. Local candidates preferred but regional candidates willing to interview in person will be considered. Candidates should have the following for immediate consideration:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Understanding of business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements
• Demonstrated experience with multiple software development tools and methods
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong facilitation skills with large groups and ability to remain focused under pressure of deadlines and fast paced work environments
