Johnson & Associates is seeking a number of .Net Developers for work on our client's web pages and applications. This large client is seeking strong performers accustomed to working independently in an Agile environment where remote work is a strong possibility. Daily Scrum meetings will begin your days with your SM keeping the pathways open for progress and work.

We need people with at least five years of .Net (VB, ASP, C#) development experience. Strong Winforms, XML, HTML, and SQL are also required. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and clear communicators able to perform without direct supervision. Successful candidates will be able to quickly understand and learn our client's systems, architecture, and development cycles and be able to produce quickly to maintain project success. A background in insurance, healthcare, property and casualty is preferred.

PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a strong PeopleSoft BA with global deployment experience. This resource will be the subject matter expert for the HRIS systems from a business process and functionality perspective. Included in this is the delivery of new global functionality (to include working with deployment leads to complete requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and training), system configuration, and report writing using PSFT Query tool. Payroll experience a plus.

We need strong communicators with these skills listed and more. Must have excellent business skills, ability to work with teams and independently, and be professional. HRIS Security Business Analyst

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with PeopleSoft 9.x HRIS experience, specifically with Security.  The primary responsibility is to function as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft security administration.  Must have strong functional/technical understanding of PeopleSoft Security to include configuration and tree management.

Java Designer

Desired Start Date: March 1st.

Assignment Duration: 6 months with extensions possible

Location: Des Moines, Iowa(needs to be on-site)

Java Designer -- Description:

· All the work will be in the Java space and require design skills.

· 5+ years of Java experience.

· The initial assignment is going to help prototyping user interface (UI) frameworks and analyzing how the solution meets our client's requirements.

· Experience in JSF Facelets, IBM Business Space, and portlets are all a plus.

· Individual needs to be self- directed, able to research, dig in, articulate findings, and make recommendations.

Project Manager

Our direct client requires a qualified Project Manager for a six month contract with extensions possible. This is a staff augmentation role where the identified candidate will be working with client staff and management as a Project Management resource on multiple technology projects and tasks. Qualified candidates should have the following:

4-6 years of Project Management experience
3+ years of Microsoft Project
Strong facilitation, communication, and people skills
PMI/PMP designation desirable
Enterprise Architect experience preferred
Able to start early to mid-March 2012
