We continuosly recruit passive and active candidates in all areas of information technology anticipating the market demands. We manage a large database of candidates with the objective to remain in touch with the best in the market. We always let our candidates and associates know where they stand in the hiring process and provide full disclosure of the most important information they want.

We spend the time to get to know our clients and understand their businesses as well as culture. We understand that in many cases technical skill sets and experience aren't the only ingredients in fulfilling a successful placement. That is why we take extra steps to ensure that each submittal includes a detailed candidate profile regarding their personality, communication ability, and history of work environments similar or complimentary to our clients.  

 

Contingencies

We provide reference checks, background validation through the State of Iowa and drug screen for each candidate, as requested.
