Clients
We spend the time to get to know our clients and understand their businesses as well as culture. We understand that in many cases technical skill sets and experience aren't the only ingredients in fulfilling a successful placement. That is why we take extra steps to ensure that each submittal includes a detailed candidate profile regarding their personality, communication ability, and history of work environments similar or complimentary to our clients.
Contingencies
We provide reference checks, background validation through the State of Iowa and drug screen for each candidate, as requested.
